Mediate NOLA is geared toward building peace where conflict seems to be the norm. We do this by providing mediation services to first open communication lines and identify sources of conflict and subsequently educate those involved in the conflict by providing conflict management training, mentoring, leadership and pro-social development skills and services to youth, families and communities. We continually strive to provide the life-long skills necessary to manage conflict and develop healthy relationships.
We empower individuals to analyze conflict, investigate underlying issues and keys concerns, and apply strategies to help build effective solutions. This approach enables the necessary skill development to build safer communities.
